Safety Rules Agreement

I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by instructors, including but not limited to:

Treating every firearm as if it is loaded
Keeping the firearm pointed in a safe direction at all times
Keeping my finger off the trigger until ready to shoot
Do not point a firearm at anything you do not intend to kill or destroy
Following all range commands immediately

Failure to follow safety rules may result in my removal from training without refund.

Release of Liability

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this training, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless JMG Firearms Training, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during participation.

Medical Consent

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of safely participating in firearms training. I authorize JMG Firearms Training to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

Legal Compliance

I affirm that I am legally allowed to possess and handle firearms under applicable federal, state, and local laws. I am not prohibited from owning or using firearms.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless JMG Firearms Training from any claims brought by third parties resulting from my actions during training.

Photo/Video Release (Optional)

I grant permission for photos/videos taken during training to be used for marketing purposes.

I do not grant permission.
